Terms and Conditions

• Payment methods: Credit card, American Express not accepted.
• All payments must be made in Swiss Francs (CHF).
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant.

Conference Registration

• Refunds will only be permitted if we are able to replace the participant.
• Emergency circumstances: Refunds may be considered for documented medical emergencies, visa denials, or other force majeure events.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Excursion Cancellation

• Excursion refunds permitted until: 15 December, 2025
• No refunds will be granted after this deadline
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing

Personal Information

• Personal data collected will be used solely for conference organisation and communication
• Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent
• Participants may request data deletion after the conference

Photography and Recording

• The conference may be photographed and recorded for promotional and documentation purposes
• Participants will be notified and may opt-out during registration
• Images may be used on conference website and social media

Limitation of Liability

• Conference organisers are not liable for personal injury, theft, or damage to personal property
• Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance
• Excursion participants engage at their own risk

Forced Event Cancellation

• Conference may be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond organizers' control
• In case of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded minus processing costs
• Organisers are not liable for travel or accommodation costs

• Authors retain copyright of their work
• Conference organizers may record presentations for archival purposes
• By submitting, authors grant permission for abstracts to be published in conference proceedings
• Medical Information
• Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions that may affect participation
• Emergency contact information is mandatory
• Conference organizers are not liable for medical emergencies

• Participants must comply with current health regulations
• Conference format may change due to health restrictions
• No refunds will be given for changes due to health measures

• Code of Conduct
• All participants must maintain professional behavior
• Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated
• Violators may be removed without refund

• Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary visas and travel documents
• Passport numbers required for international participants
• EU residents may use national ID numbers

Accommodation

• Participants are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements
• Conference organisers may provide recommendations but are not liable for bookings

Transportation

• Public transport discounts available for GA/Halbtax cardholders on excursions
• Participants must arrange their own transportation to conference venues

Conference Program

• Organisers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, or venue
• Participants will be notified of significant changes
• No refunds will be given for minor program modifications
