Excursion fee:  100 CHF includes travel from Grindelwald Terminal to Jungfraujoch, coffee, lunch, lab tours, and access to tourist areas. This is separate from the meeting registration fee.

Registration Fee Inclusions

Option 1: Full Registration with Workshop Dinner (400 CHF)

  • All workshop sessions and presentations (January 6-8, 2026)
  • Welcome coffee and registration on Day 1
  • Coffee breaks throughout the three days
  • Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Apéro (refreshments) during both poster sessions
  • Workshop dinner at Casa d'Italia on Wednesday evening, including wine
  • Excursion NOT included

Note: Additional beverages beyond the included wine at dinner are at the attendee's expense

Option 2: Workshop Only Registration (350 CHF)

  • All workshop sessions and presentations (January 6-8, 2026)
  • Welcome coffee and registration on Day 1
  • Coffee breaks throughout the three days
  • Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Apéro (refreshments) during both poster sessions

NOT included

  • Excursion NOT included
  • Workshop dinner NOT included

Online Registration (40 CHF)

  • Streaming access only
  • Strongly encourage on-site participation
  • NO online presentation possible or participation in breakout sessions

Excursion Registration Fee:

What's included in the 100 CHF fee for JFJ excursion: 

  • Ticket from Grindelwald Terminal to Jungfraujoch (return journey)
  • Lunch and coffee
  • Tour of research station laboratories and tourist areas
  • Payment must be completed to secure your place

Important Notes for Participants

NOT included:

  • Participants must arrange their own train transportation from Bern to Grindelwald
  • Total estimated cost: CHF 80 (without half-fare card or GA)

Abstract Submission and Presentation

Submission Requirements

  • Maximum 250 words
  • No images permitted in abstract
  • Must include complete author list with affiliations
  • Submissions after deadline will not be considered

Presentation Format

  • Poster presentations: A0 portrait format only
  • Oral presentations: 12 minutues & 3 minutes Q&A
  • All presenters must be registered participants
