Workshop Registration and Abstract Submission

Registration is open to all researchers interested in past abrupt climate change and tipping points. Due to the generous founding of PAGES and the Oeschger Centre for Climate Change Research (OCCR), University of Bern, registration for the workshop is free of charge. Participants may present their research as a scientific poster, during a dedicated poster session Monday, 11th May.

Limited funding is available to support travel and accommodation for Early Career Researchers and researchers from low- and middle-income countries. Please see below to apply for funding.

Registration for the workshop is CLOSED.

To apply for funding support to attend the workshop in person, please write to frerk.poeppelmeier@unibe.ch and include a 2-page CV and a short statement why you require financial support.

Submission Requirements

  • Maximum 250 words
  • No images permitted in abstract
  • Must include complete author list with affiliations

Presentation Format

  • Poster presentations: A0 portrait format only
  • All presenters must be registered participants
