Registration
The conference is free of charge, but registration is required by all participants (including presenting authors).
Abstract Submission
We invite contributions on all aspects related to urban heat, including measurements and monitoring, modelling and simulations, impacts on health and society, adaptation and mitigation strategies, as well as forms of societal engagement and outreach. We particularly encourage multidisciplinary submissions and contributions from practitioners across the following three sessions: 1) Measurements and modelling, 2) Impacts, Mitigation and Resilience, and 3) Societal Engagement and Outreach.
Abstracts must be submitted online.
The main format for conference contributions are posters combined with short introductory talks (2 min). However, a few contributions may be chosen by the organizing committee to be presented as longer talks (15-20 min). In this case, the main author will be contacted by the local organizing committee.
The preferred conference language is English, but submissions in French or German are also possible.
