The new mandate for the OCCR 2026-2029 is finalized and just needs to be signed. It enters into force 1 January 2026 and outlines two important aspects: (i) our research priorities and tasks (how we will be evaluated), (ii) the OCCR Budget. Once signed, the Mandate will be posted on our guidelines and documents page, where you also find other relevant documents. Although the OCCR Board requested an exception, we will also experience a 2% Budget cut 2026-2029. This does, however, not influence OCCR funds that are already granted to OCCR Research Groups (e.g. salaries for OCCR postdocs).
