The University Executive Board has promoted Eric Allan to Full Professor of Biodiversity and Community ecology. Eric was appointed tenure-track professor at the University of Bern in 2013 and promoted to associate professor in 2018. He also heads the OCCR’s Community ecology group. Allan has an interest in biodiversity, including the processes that maintain and influence diversity in communities and the impact of biodiversity on ecosystem functioning.
