Conference Registration and abstract submission

The registration fee of CHF 200 for Regular Participants (MSc and PhD students CHF 150) includes conference registration, coffee breaks, lunches on 13, 14 and 15 January and apéro riche on 13 January.
Conference fees will be substaintially reduced in case of online only participation.

PhD students will need to show proof of their status at the registration desk at the beginning of the conference.


Abstract submission: 13 July 2020 – 1 September 2020
Abstract acceptance: 1 October 2020
Presentation type confirmation: 1 November 2020
Registration and Payment:  1 Oktober 2020 – 13 December 2020
Registration without abstract submission is possible.

Registration and abstract submission

Registration for the conference and Submission of abstracts involves the following steps (see details below):

a) Abstract submission / Call for papers, poster session (not later than 1 September 2020)

Please submit abstracts for oral presentations and posters via Conftool not later than 1 September 2020. Please indicate the preferred Session/Topic 1-5 for your contribution.

The official deadline for abstract submission was September 1st. Only abstracts from invited speakers will be accepted until September 14th. 

b) Registration and payment (by credit card, only possible from 1 October 2020 and not later than 13 December 2020)

Registrations without abstract submissions needs to register first (create user account) in the Conftool.

Participants with abstracts please use the same login information as for abstract submissions in Conftool.
